The Bertie Jenkins Bostic Scholarship supports students who have been admitted into the Teacher Education Program with preference afforded to students majoring in Special Education.

- Invention Convention (92685)
- The Invention Convention is a Tennessee initiative to celebrate young inventors and give Tennessee children a chance to follow his or her natural curiosity, invent creative solutions, and be inspired. The event has been hosted by MTSU for more than 25 years, and your support helps fund the event as well as provide scholarship money.

- This scholarship is established in honor of Dr. Delmar B. Pockat, who served as the Dean of the School of Education at MTSU from 1969 to 1980. Your support helps future public school teachers in the Professional Education program at MTSU who have demonstrated a true love for children and pride and respect for the profession of teaching. Preference will be given to students majoring in science education.

- This scholarship exists in honor of Mary Belle Robinson, a fifth grade teacher for Murfreesboro City Schools for 42 years. Support future elementary education teachers who display a strong academic excellence, have financial need, and have graduated from a public high school in the Tennessee counties of Rutherford, Marshall, Bedford, or Coffee.

- May Dean Eberling Education Scholarship (91542)
- This scholarship honors the life and professional contributes of 1961 and 1968 MTSU graduate, May Dean Eberling, a highly respected historic preservationist and Nashville Television producer. Your support helps undergraduate students pursuing a teacher licensure.

- This scholarship exists in honor of Miss Mary Hall, a professor and educator in Rutherford County. Funds for this scholarship support students who are majoring in Education and aspire to teach.
- Nin Lee Scholarship (94614)
- This scholarship honors Winnie H. (Nin) Lee, a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who taught in the Franklin, TN Special School district for 26 years. The Nin Lee Scholarship assists students who have been admitted into the Teacher Education Program in Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, or their successor departments.

- The MTSU Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) is a training facility affiliated with the Professional Counseling Program at MTSU. Your support helps provide supervised training experiences to graduate students.

- Support Junior or Senior College of Education students with this scholarship for those majoring in Education or Library Science and have proven academic success. Preference is afforded to students from Rutherford or Robertson Counties.

Preference will be afforded to first generation college students majoring in Special Education, and second preference to first generation college students majoring in Early Childhood Education.

- This scholarship exists to assist students of good moral character who are majoring in elementary education, demonstrate financial need, and have proven academic success. Preference will be afforded first to students from Sumner County, Tennessee and secondly Rutherford County Students.

- Your support helps fund Elementary and Special Education departmental activities designed to improve the teaching of reading including, but not limited to: an annual reading conference, reading scholarships, reading research, and the development of instructional programs, teaching strategies, and/or instructional materials.

- This scholarship exists in honor of Wilbert Bond, Sr., a Tennessee native and World War II Navy veteran, who was the first black graduate of MTSU in 1965 when he obtained a master’s degree in Education Administration and Supervision. Your support assists full-time students from underrepresented student populations who have been admitted to the Teacher Education Program in the College of Education. Preference will also be afforded to students from Rutherford County.
- Will Bowdoin Scholarship in Education (94184
- This scholarship exists in memory of Dr. Will Bowdoin, who taught in the Department of Education in 1948 and subsequently became the Director of the Student Teaching program, Chair of the Education Department, and became the first Dean of the College of Education in 1965. Your support assists future K-12 teachers who possess a definite financial need and reflect personal and professional competencies which are believed to lead to quality teaching.
- Winkler-Slicker Professional Counseling Scholarship (94877)
- This scholarship supports students who have been admitted into the MTSU Professional Counseling Program and have experience in counseling, counseling-related activities, and leadership roles. Preference will be allotted to students who are not Graduate Assistants as to give assistance to a greater number of graduate students.
