Assessment Dashboards & Other Data Sources
The College of Education provides access to assessment and reporting resources that support program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement. Use the resources below to access College and University data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Blue CHIPS (Centralized Hub for Institutional Performance and Standards) provides College of Education faculty and program leaders with access to assessment and accreditation resources, reports, guidance, and supporting documentation.
Access to Blue CHIPS is limited to authorized College of Education faculty and staff. If you need access, please contact the Assessment & Accreditation Specialist.
Watermark Student Learning & Licensure (SL&L) is the College of Education’s system for collecting and reporting student learning assessment data.
University-level enrollment, retention, and degree completion data are available through MTSU Institutional Effectiveness, Planning, and Research (IEPR) Power BI dashboards.
Getting Started with Power BI
Licensure assessment data are available to authorized College of Education faculty and program leaders to support program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement. IRB approval is required for use of these data for research purposes.
Access to the licensure assessment dashboards requires connection to the MTSU campus network or VPN. Users should sign in using MTSU Single Sign-On (SSO).
Dashboard Access Guide
Tennessee educator preparation data are available through TNAtlas, which provides access to program and endorsement-area data as well as public information about educator preparation outcomes and performance.
Program coordinators who need access to TNAtlas may request access from the Associate Dean or the Director of the Office of Educator Preparation and Licensure.
